Rosalind Harper is a proud member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) with more than 13 years of hands-on experience in healthcare coding, documentation improvement, and provider education. Her certifications include Certified Instructor for Risk Adjustment (CRC-I), Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), Certified Documentation Expert Outpatient Coder (CDEO), and Certified Professional Coder (CPC).

Rosalind currently works with a large payer as a Program Performance Manager and Medicare Consultant, where she partners closely with providers to improve quality outcomes and performance metrics. Her work focuses on year-round quality initiatives, including closing care gaps related to Breast Cancer Screening, Diabetes Mellitus, and Medicare Part D, among others. She is deeply committed to helping practices achieve and sustain 4- and 5-Star quality ratings through accurate documentation, compliant coding, and practical provider education.

Her career path into healthcare was anything but traditional. After beginning her professional journey in real estate, Rosalind transitioned into healthcare—a move that has proven both challenging and deeply rewarding. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective and a strong ability to connect with providers and staff at every level.

Rosalind has built long-standing, collaborative relationships with providers through ongoing education efforts, including one-on-one training, monthly Q&A sessions, formal workshops, and “lunch and learn” programs. She is known for fostering open dialogue and translating complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance.

Outside of work, Rosalind enjoys supporting her home-team sports, staying active whenever possible, hand dancing, and listening to audiobooks. Her music taste spans the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s—and she’s never shy about singing along, lyrics or not.
