Charletta Washington, MHA is a senior healthcare leader with more than 25 years of experience in hospital and private practice operations, public health, and strategic advisory services. Her work centers on revenue cycle integrity, operational improvement, and workforce development, with a consistent focus on practical solutions that strengthen healthcare organizations over the long term.
Ms. Washington has held leadership and advisory roles supporting healthcare systems, public health agencies, academic institutions, and community-based organizations. She previously served as program director for a federally funded public health informatics workforce initiative, overseeing a multimillion-dollar effort to strengthen public health infrastructure through education, workforce development, and technology integration. She also serves as faculty and a student success coach, teaching healthcare information technology and public health.
Her experience includes provider enrollment, revenue cycle optimization, operational redesign, and health information technology integration. She has also advised healthcare leaders in West Africa and the Caribbean on infrastructure planning and the development of new clinical service lines, including acute care and interventional cardiology. Ms. Washington holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management and remains active in national professional associations.
