Steve Long is an experienced Operations Director with expertise in strategic planning, organizational change and growth, software implementation, and workflow development. His decades of experience have given him a unique insight into the intricacies of the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining MRCS, Steve has a proven record of success in streamlining operations and consensus building. The knowledge and experience he brings to our team will be an asset to our clients as well. Steve attended the New England Conservatory of Music where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Music. Following his undergrad, Steve spent 5 years as an office manager and then 26 years as the Director of Operations of a premier private neurology practice in the greater DC area.
