Taya Gordon is a nationally recognized healthcare leader known for transforming revenue cycle operations and advancing mission-driven medical practices. As Principal RCM Advisor, she blends innovation and strategy to help organizations achieve financial strength and operational clarity.

She holds an Executive MBA in Healthcare from Creighton University and is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE).

A respected author and educator, Taya has published multiple MGMA titles on revenue cycle and strategy and hosts the RevDive Podcast, engaging healthcare leaders nationwide. She has taught Revenue Cycle Management at Howard University and served on several national boards, including her current appointment on MGMA Government Affairs Board and the Dignity in Healing Collective Board.

Her leadership has been recognized with honors such as MGMA’s Extraordinary Leader Award (2021), Midlands Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 (2019), and Maryland’s Governor’s Citation for Volunteerism (2016).
