Access to materials may vary depending on the course, event, provider, partner, or program.

Some materials may be available for a limited time.

Some access rules may be determined by a third-party provider, such as Practice Management Institute or another educational partner.

You are responsible for reviewing course, event, provider, registration, and access details before purchasing or registering.

MRCS reserves the right to modify, reschedule, replace, cancel, or discontinue courses, events, materials, access periods, speakers, instructors, or program details when necessary.

PAYMENTS

Payments made through the website may be processed by Wix Payments and/or its payment partners.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

MRCS does not control all payment processing functions and is not responsible for errors, delays, security requirements, or processing issues caused by third-party payment providers.

REFUNDS

Refunds are handled case by case.

MRCS does not guarantee that any purchase, course, event registration, webinar, download, or digital product will be eligible for a refund.

Refund decisions may depend on factors such as:

COURSE MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Resell materials
• Redistribute downloads

Each user must have their own authorized access unless MRCS provides written approval for group, team, or organization-wide use.

MRCS does not provide legal, medical, clinical, financial, payer-specific, coding-specific, billing-specific, compliance-specific, or regulatory advice through general website content or public educational materials.

Users are responsible for applying professional judgment and confirming requirements with applicable laws, regulations, payers, certification bodies, professional advisors, employers, and governing organizations.

MRCS content should not be used as a substitute for legal counsel, compliance counsel, payer guidance, medical judgment, official coding guidance, regulatory instruction, or organization-specific policy review.

Results depend on many factors outside MRCS’s control, including user participation, payer rules, organizational practices, regulatory changes, market conditions, implementation decisions, and third-party requirements.

NO PHI THROUGH PUBLIC WEBSITE FORMS

The public MRCS website is not intended to collect protected health information, patient records, claims data, medical records, insurance information, diagnosis information, treatment information, or other patient-specific confidential information.

You agree not to submit PHI or patient-specific information through the website’s contact forms, newsletter forms, account fields, event forms, or general inquiry fields.

If you have a separate client relationship with MRCS that involves confidential healthcare information, that relationship may be governed by separate agreements, secure procedures, and applicable compliance obligations.

NEWSLETTER AND COMMUNICATIONS

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting training@medrevenuecycle.com.

MRCS may still send transactional or service-related communications about accounts, purchases, registrations, access, policy updates, or other non-marketing matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRCS’s total liability for any claim related to the website, courses, events, purchases, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to MRCS for the specific product, course, event, or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRCS, its owners, employees, contractors, advisors, instructors, partners, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of course or event materials, your submission of inaccurate, unlawful, confidential, or unauthorized information, your unauthorized sharing of account access or materials, or your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.

TERMINATION

MRCS may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts, courses, events, materials, or website features if you violate these Terms, share login credentials, misuse materials, fail to complete payment, dispute or reverse payment, engage in suspected fraud or abuse, or if continued access creates legal, compliance, privacy, security, or business concerns.

Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to MRCS.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the website, purchases, courses, events, or MRCS online services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
