What a great time in Minneapolis at the 2025 MGMA Private Practice Conference!

Kem Tolliver, FACMPE, CPC, CMOM, was joined by colleagues Shawntea Gordon, MBA, FACMPE, and Doral Jacobsen, MBA FACMPE for the impactful session: Expanding Your Practice – Ancillary Services, Coding Optimization, and Revenue Cycle Improvement.

Together, they shared actionable strategies for expanding private practices in a compliant, efficient, and financially sound way—covering everything from ancillary services to accurate coding and revenue cycle optimization.

It was also great to connect with our fellow MGMA colleagues Chris Harrop, Jeff Takacs, and Craig Weilberg—always a pleasure collaborating and sharing insights with such an engaged community.
