We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Steve Long from Senior Practice Management Advisor to Senior Director of Practice Management Services at Medical Revenue Cycle Specialists (MRCS).
In his new role, Steve will lead our practice management teams and serve as a practice management educational instructor. Steve is an experienced Operations Director with expertise in strategic planning, organizational change and growth, software implementation, and workflow development. His decades of experience have given him a unique insight into the intricacies of the healthcare industry.
Before joining MRCS, Steve had a proven record of success in streamlining operations and building consensus. His knowledge and experience have been invaluable to our team and will continue to benefit our clients. Steve attended the New England Conservatory of Music, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Music. After completing his undergraduate degree, Steve spent five years as an office manager and then 26 years as the Director of Operations for a premier private neurology practice in the greater DC area.
Steve’s areas of expertise include practice management, revenue cycle management, and technology optimization. We are confident that under his leadership, our practice management services will reach new heights of excellence.
