Prerequisites: Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience working in a medical practice. Test your knowledge with the free Medical Office Management Assessment.

Format: Engage remotely with access to live instructor-led sessions (check the current schedule on this page). While live attendance is encouraged, it is not mandatory. Enrolled students will enjoy access to recorded lectures and instructor support for six months following the course's conclusion.

Additional Information: The course comprises seven 3-hour live instructor-led webinar sessions, unlimited online streaming of recorded sessions, digital course materials accessible for six months post-course conclusion, ongoing faculty support, and optional participation in bonus live instructor-led group study sessions. The proctored online certification exam is included if taken within 12 months of the course start date. An optional physical course manual is available upon request at no extra cost. Live class sessions meet on Wednesdays at 3 pm Eastern / 2 pm Central / 1 pm Mountain / 12 noon Pacific. Ongoing student support is provided via email, with phone appointments available upon request.

Exam Info: This course entails a three-hour, proctored, 100-question online certification exam. Achieving CMOM certification requires a passing score of 70 percent or better. If the first attempt does not yield a passing grade, re-testing is available for an additional fee.
