The 2023 Practice Management Education Series is back!
In Kem Tolliver's session, "Attracting & Retaining the Workforce You Need", we'll be covering the following:
1. Analyze the impact of COVID-19 on HR Infrastructure
2. Promote diversity, inclusivity, and work/life balance.
3. Create action plans for recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
Medical practices are struggling to keep up with the changing human resource landscape. This program will include workforce retention tips, recruitment practices, and considerations for the remote workforce. Attendees of this session will leave prepared to enact positive and compliant changes to their HR policies.
