Certification Exam Information
The initial certification examination fee is waived for 12 months. PMI's Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)® exam is a three-hour, proctored, 100-question online test. A passing score of 70% or higher is required to earn the CMOM credential. When a passing grade is not achieved on the initial exam attempt, the candidate may retest for an additional fee following a 60-day waiting period.
CMOM Assessment Tool
MRCS students have access to a CMOM assessment provided through PMI. This online assessment can be completed independently and delivers immediate results, helping students identify their current knowledge level, strengths, and opportunities for growth across CMOM domains. Live, Interactive Learning and Helpful Resources
Students participate remotely by attending live online classes. Virtual classroom participants are invited to engage with the instructor and their peers during these interactive class sessions. CMOM students gain 24/7 access to the recorded classes plus digital course materials. Remote instructor support is provided via email and ongoing instructor-led group study sessions. Virtual one-on-one mentoring appointments are also available.

Live Virtual Classroom
This course includes a series of seven 3-hour live online class sessions. Get your questions answered by the instructor in real time and build a network by engaging with your peers. A meeting link will be provided by email in advance of each scheduled session.
